Job Description Summary The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an exceptional talent to fill the Consultant, Data Governance & Operations role. It involves analyzing, documenting, and maintaining business processes, products, services, and technology. It emphasizes upholding high-quality data records in alignment with the company's data management strategy to improve business processes and technology. The individual in this role will ensure effective data utilization, sharing, and compliance with quality standards while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role.
What Youll Do for Us
- Maintain and safeguard documentation on procedures and standards for data management and governance.
- Create and maintain Data records in accordance with the organizations process standards, data standards, policies and objectives. This includes enriching the Data with data from sources in- and outside the organization.
- Act as the contact point for the operating unit and partners for Data questions/requests
- Support the solving of data issues within the organizational systems, proactively and reactively.
- Support impact analyses for Data changes executed on organizational systems.
- Conduct Data Quality Assessment for the organization as needed
- Actively champions data management projects and initiatives.
- Help implement and maintain Data Quality and Data Governance metrics within the organization.
- Review metrics and monitor the data quality and raise concerns about Data quality, data governance and related issues as necessary to the data stewards and Data manager
- Ensure that Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA), using the organization tooling
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience in data management, governance and operations
- DAMA certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred
- CPG experience is a plus
