Key Purpose

To be a Discovery Brand Ambassador, who lives the values of Discovery and has the ability to create dazzling customer experiences.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Assist members with making, changing and cancelling bookings
  • Communicate booking changes and member delays to store teams
  • Provide comprehensive information on all services available at Discovery Stores
  • Facilitate calls to relevant business area
  • Understand the business and operational processes, and give constructive feedback and suggestions on enhancements
  • Fulfill associated administrative duties such as tracking call volumes and monitor queue
  • Execute targeted store projects and campaigns

Education And Experience
  • Minimum 3-year undergraduate
  • Post graduate qualification in marketing is advantageous
  • Relevant financial services industry experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work on Office suite Email, Excel, Word etc
  • Discovery work experience (Advantageous)
  • Sales and client services experience
