Key Purpose
To be a Discovery Brand Ambassador, who lives the values of Discovery and has the ability to create dazzling customer experiences.
Principal Accountabilities
- Assist members with making, changing and cancelling bookings
- Communicate booking changes and member delays to store teams
- Provide comprehensive information on all services available at Discovery Stores
- Facilitate calls to relevant business area
- Understand the business and operational processes, and give constructive feedback and suggestions on enhancements
- Fulfill associated administrative duties such as tracking call volumes and monitor queue
- Execute targeted store projects and campaigns
- A proven track record of face-to-face customer experience
- A developed level of organisation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good emotional intelligence
- A passion for customer service
- Must be adaptable to change
- Must enjoy interacting with people
- Must be a team player
- Great time management skills
- Minimum 3-year undergraduate
- Post graduate qualification in marketing is advantageous
- Relevant financial services industry experience is advantageous
- Ability to work on Office suite Email, Excel, Word etc
- Discovery work experience (Advantageous)
- Sales and client services experience
