My Client a Well-known UK BPO is seeking experienced customer service agents to work in their forever expanding contact centre. You would be expected to work on a UK cellular network, providing world class customer service at all times!
The contact centre is open Monday to Sunday between 09:00 am - 22:00 pm and agents are roistered to work 5 days a week with 8 hour shifts during these times.
A Shift allowance is provided for all shifts worked after 19:00 pm in the evening, as well as free transport home.
They require candidates who possess the following
Neutral Accent and ability to converse fluently in English
6 months unbroken Call Centre Experience OR 1 year in the Retail, Banking or Hospitality industry
Matric Clear ITC and Criminal Record
