Key Responsibilities
- Manage content projects and deliver edited content while juggling multiple tasks.
- Deliver key campaign pieces across multiple channels, in line with marketing and communication strategies, by following content review and approval processes.
- Edit multiple content types, adhering to TMF Group house style.
- Dealing with stakeholder requests and understanding requirements, to turn draft content into engaging marketing materials.
- Help create a dynamic data-driven content schedule that supports marketing and communications across multiple levels.
- Help manage and improve in-house content processes to ensure all content is produced on time, to an agreed brief, budget and high standard.
- Take part in regular editorial boards, working with colleagues across different functions to develop and regularly review the editorial programme.
- Minimum of five years experience in digital content management/editing.
- A journalism/copywriting/marketing qualification or degree is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Superb planning and organisational skills.
- Subediting training/skills and experience editing in UK English.
- Comfortable with broadsheet newspaper style and business tone of voice.
- Experience editing content for different audiences and in different formats, from thought leadership pieces to LinkedIn posts.
- Able to understand technical professional service topics while preparing or editing content for publication in multiple formats.
- Proficient at working on and jumping between different content types.
- Experience editing website, social media and long form (eg white paper) content.
- Strong stakeholder management skills required to work with colleagues from around the world at all levels of seniority.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of TMF Groups service areas or ability to learn them quickly.
- Experience with web-based project and/or content management systems.
- Some knowledge and experience of writing and/or editing SEO content.
- Some knowledge of content performance data analytics and reporting.
- MS Word and Office skills; remote working via MS Teams or other meeting apps.
