Our Content & Editorial team is focused on creating the most engaging and innovative content to rival international brands and the Content Manager is an integral part of bringing that vision to life. As a Content Manager, you'll focus on developing and growing the content strategy, execution, and overseeing a cross-functional team to produce content that delivers on commercial objectives while engaging with customers across various digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Distill commercial objectives, customer insights and best practice learnings into strategic content for the Bash customer.
- Collaborate with channel owners to develop and optimise channel cadences and manage content activity accordingly across social media, email, app, website, etc.
- Write creative briefs, lead the content creation process and review proposed solutions aimed at delivering world-class, insight-led concepts.
- Drive the development of new communication and engagement tactics by leveraging customer insight and best practice research.
- Proactively acting on insights by refining the commercial plan, product merchandising strategy, omni-channel opportunities and driving new initiatives to maximise the sales potential.
- Analyse weekly sales, content objectives and activity in the market to ensure the right timing for merchandise callouts as well as local relevance of content, and take actions based on results.
- Seek out areas for continuous improvement by evaluating content's impact through behavioural data and user testing. Think outside the box to reimagine what content can be and do for our customers.
- Report on the performance of campaigns with clear learnings and actionable insights.
- Deliver content solutions within the time and budget scope.
- Support the Creative Operations Manager and Producer to improve efficiencies across the department and implement new ways of working.
- Implement reactive content solutions based on engagement findings and trade performance.
- Develop relationships with the relevant brands and establish guidelines and processes to align activity, leverage campaigns and combined reach where needed.
- Manage one direct report.
This job is for you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience leading content ideation and developing engaging campaigns for digital channels.
- 1+ year(s) e-commerce experience
- Fashion/lifestyle retail industry experience is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Having a keen eye for detail and simplifying complexity
- Enjoy working with a cross-functional team, and have an interest in solving challenges
- Be known for delivering high-quality work while keeping your own team productive, fun, and happy!
- Self-starter who can work independently and motivate others
