Youll be working closely with the marketing team to implement an innovative marketing strategy for brand
acceleration in the BPO/CX industry. Taking into consideration campaign launches, partnerships, communication
and collection launches. The successful candidate must have a strong writing ability and a keen eye for detail
and have good SEO Skills.
Job Role
- Brainstorming and developing out-of-the box creative campaign strategies on a weekly and monthly basis and executing the marketing strategy across communication channels
- Developing and taking ownership of blogs
- Copy writing and proof-reading skills are essential with excellent attention to detail.
- Writing website, email and digital content as well as coming up with campaign slogans for sales campaigns
- Assisting in scheduling and reporting on digital marketing communication channels including but not limited to CRM website performance
- Assist in monitoring digital marketing channels alongside the wider team and input changes to create a more successful campaign
- Assisting the social media team with community engagement
- Monitoring and analysing marketing, brand and competitor performance
- Ideally experience in B2B and CRM
- General collaboration admin and outreach
- Experience in SEO copywriting
- Energetic, creative and proactive
- Minimum English, journalism, marketing degree or the equivalent
- Strong writing ability with a background in copywriting
