Minimum Requirements:
- Private Hospital cleaning experience preferred.
- Staff Management and Client relationships.
- Must have computer skills.
- Person needs to be a go-getter, energetic personality and a self-started
- Atleast 5 years of Nursing and managerial background would be advantagous
Main Responsibilities:
- Issuing of chemicals and materials, maintaining stock and equipment and maintain quality
- Ensure high standard service provided
- Admin & finance skills. Do on-job training with Staff
- Crisis management & Time management.
- Follow systems and standards of the company
- Take ownership & Responsibility. Must be strong independent person
- Must have very good client skills
- Be able to manage staff including casuals. Controls must be performed with budget
- Must be able to manage consumable e.g. paper products
- Manage all auxiliary services
- Must have strong communication skills
