CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
About the Position
Job Purpose:
To provide a frontline service to colleagues and customers on restructures, fuel and e-tag management, terminations, settlements, reports, end of contract deals and customer Make Good Costs rebels.
Description/Tasks/Responsibilities

- Ensure weekly team meetings are documented
- Manage staff KPI in line with the company's policies
- Manage the day to day activities in the department
- General request received from Management.
- Filling and scanning done daily
- Ensure month end and billing activities is performed within the applicable time lines.
- Ordering and cancelling fuel cards and e-tags
- Ensure ongoing feedback is given on requests processed (settlements, terminations, restructures etc.)
- Ensure system and documentation accuracy at all times.
- Ensure settlement requests, restructures and terminations are processed and maintained in accordance with the processes implemented in the department.
- Plan and allocate workload within the team evenly
- Manage the day to day activities in the department
- Building relationships with customer and other departments.
- Responsiveness: Speed of responses, reaction time, going the extra mile, turnaround time.
- Interprets business/customer requirements to provide timeous solutions.
- Analysis of the month-end reports to ensure accuracy of data.
- Identify problem areas and ensure corrective action is taken.

- Review business policies and procedures, and recommend changes where necessary

- Document Control - Ensure all processed documents is filed and scanned on the relevant server / DMS / CRM / ON BASE.
