This role is to provide the business resilience team including business continuity management and technology resilience departments with general administration support including.
Responsibilities:
- Following up on open actions with the Local Markets and subsidiaries.
- Scheduling and facilitating basic training and awareness sessions with VSA Business Continuity Management Champions.
- Maintaining BCM Champion list and training attendance registers.
- Follow up with BCM Champions on Alternative Sim card and Satellite phone testing.
- Assist with taking minutes during meetings within the Business Resilience Division.
- Support the BCM Department with compilation and circulation of Monthly Reports.
- Ensuring the SharePoint is updated with correct and latest content.
- Regular reconciliation of the Sim custodian listed in MTN list and the BRIS.
- Follow up with MTN on e-Sims QR codes and distribute MTN Sim cards.
- Support the business continuity management supplier assessment process by following up with SCM, Suppliers and business units to ensure that the assessments are completed on time.
- Provide administrative support to the business resilience departments.
- Arrange meetings and keep minutes.
- Follow up on open actions with the local market resources as and when required.
- Follow up with critical resources during alternative communication testing.

- Ensure effective and professional administration support to the business resilience departments.
- Ensure coordination and follow up of specific project tasks as required by the Specialists.
- Ensure re-design, enhancements and maintenance of the Business Resilience SharePoint site.
- Matric.
- 5+ Years of relevant working experience in the industry.
- Business Administration Certification or qualification.
- Project Management certification.
- Microsoft Office applications or equivalent certification.
