Job Overview:

Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator: Management Systems to manage the legal contracts database and provide comprehensive support to the department's management team. This role involves ensuring legal, contractual, and administrative processes are executed efficiently across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft addendums to agreements, based on approved amendments
  • Draft basic legal letters, legal notices, & correspondence
  • Co-ordinate review of specifically identified risk agreements between management and Corporate legal office
  • Populate master legal agreement templates with party and contract details
  • Compare expired and new replacement contracts, or two versions of an agreement and highlight/note changes
  • Review third party amendments to agreements against latest legal version/comments to identify changes (where changes are not tracked electronically)
  • Compare signed copy of agreement against approved signing version and highlight changes (where we are the second party signing)
  • Address administrative checks on final agreements prior to submission for signing (eg. Party details are correct, all pages included, internal business units signing addressed, etc.)
  • Adress administration of the complete supplier/vendor credit applications process with business units and Corporate legal office, which entails the checking of all business unit submissions for the credit applications process and submission of final documents to Corporate legal office for review/approval of legal terms and conditions
  • Supplier and customer agreements tracker updating - record new requirements and update status for progress on supplier and customer agreements based on management and business correspondence. Follow up with business units on behalf of management, where feedback is outstanding
  • Prepare final signing version of agreement based on approved managements approved amendments
  • Adress the administration requirements for published agreements, letterheads, and legal information on SharePoint
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Legal, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review legal documents thoroughly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
