Location: Johannesburg North or Cape Town
Reporting to: Control Room Supervisor
This role involves meticulous 24/7 monitoring and support, ensuring operational continuity and security across our sites.
You will be responsible for regular system checks, monitoring equipment and traffic flow, and dispatching technicians as needed. The position requires managing access controls, user accounts, and active orders and generating critical operational reports.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Certification in N+ and A+
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Remote support experience
- In-depth product knowledge (network-related)
- Basic computer skills
- Own transport
- Proficient in numeracy and literacy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Task-oriented with the capacity to perform under pressure
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress environment
