Dashboard Control Supervisor

Main Purpose The Core requirements for the role include but are not limited to the below indicators:-
Compliance with all Express delivery SLA parameters as prescribed
Monitoring of Express Deliveries throughout the day
Driver support to keep ON TIME and LATE deliveries within the prescribed performance parameters
Whatsapp support and telephonic support for parcel deliveries including customer liaison
Producing daily failed parcel register based
Compliance with all Food delivery SLA parameters as prescribed
Dashboard monitoring and driver support to ensure ON TIME AND IN FULL performance parameters
Interrogation of the FOOD DRIVER BEHAVIOUR reports
Driver support to successfully deliver food orders
Escalations to Order Success within the prescribed timelines in the food SOP
General Administration and Training
Conduct Driver SOP training
Incident reporting
General House Keeping and Cleanliness of Office environment
Management of driver penalties
Driver checks that may be required including but not limited to Health Screening (COVID etc.), Vehicle Screening, Uniform Screening, Hygiene Screening, Alcohol Screening etc.
Warehouse environment experience - Essential
Tracable work experience
It is important to note that although the above stipulates your core activities, you will be required to assist in other areas from time to time.
Please note that the role may on occasion be required to perform tasks that are not part of your normal daily duties, but may be necessary due to the operational requirements of the Company.
