- Market and sell short term rental contracts.
- Control the preparation, repairs and maintenance of rental vehicles.
- Coordinate the inspection of vehicles at the beginning and end of rental period.
- Collate all documents and submit credit and debit order requests to Finance for rental customers.
- Ensure the activation of tracking devices and vehicle management systems.
- Manage and control debtors.
- Achieve minimum targets on volume and profitability.
- Ensure adequate advertising on marketing of rental products through the internet and printed media.
Qualifications:
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
- Computer Literate.
- Code B Drivers Licence.
- Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
- Time Management Skills.
- Good understanding of operational aspects of the business.
- Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
- High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
- Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
- Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - 3 years
