The main purpose of this position is to manage and control spare parts for all remote warehouses. This includes, stock counts, monitoring and management of all warehouse transactions and ensuring levels are maintained.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Reporting on spare parts movements and System Maintenance
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction is met at all times
- Interface with service technicians and ensure their spare parts need are being met
- Replenish orders according to SLA
- Notify internal/external customers when their back ordered spares are received
- Coordinate regular inventory counts
- Ensure spare parts and service parts are ordered
- 2 3 Years Working Experience in the Warehouse Department
- SAP knowledge will be Advantageous
- Matric Certificate
- Stock Controller/ Procurement Certificate
- Strong communication and open personality;
- Must be able to communicate fluently and write reports in English;
- Act with integrity and professionalism;
- Appropriate communication etiquette to address clients and management;
- Following instructions & procedures;
- Adhering to principles and values;
