Your personality
- Grade 12 .
- Experience on maintenance of equipment
- Minimum 5 years experience in a large automotive manufacturing environment
- Technical background and previous setting experience
- Ideally Laser and CNC qualification
- Must have previous experience with CNC/Laser setting lodes
- Must have knowledge of CNC/Laser software packages
- Perform corrective setting, preventative and predictive maintenance work according to company and industry standards.
- Develop and generate documentation.
- Interpret customer technical drawings
- Ensure up time is at correct level.
- Attend to breakdowns timeously and report all out of control conditions.
- Always adhere to all Safety Requirements throughout facility.
- Prepare all elements related to Jigs and Fixtures
- Conduct Coding and programming .
- Able to interpret Metrology reports .
- Able to do first and last off
