This is a full-time remote role with working hours 9-5 PST.
Key Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Analysis: Harness the power of analytics to assess and elevate the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rates.
- User Journey Optimization: Construct and refine the user flow for free sign-ups, leveraging insights to boost the transition into paying customers.
- A/B Testing Mastery: Design and execute A/B tests across the website and various user touchpoints to optimize conversions, informed by data and user behavior.
- User Experience Focus: Utilize tools such as FullStory or HotJar to gain a deep understanding of the customer's online interactions and experiences, driving continuous improvement.
- Landing Page Optimization: Audit, analyze, and make recommendations to increase conversion rates.
- Client Interaction: Engage directly with customers through interviews and feedback sessions to gather qualitative data, adding a layer of depth to quantitative analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing, Design, and UX teams to align conversion optimization strategies with broader company goals and user needs.
- Reporting and Communication: Clearly articulate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive understanding of CRO initiatives and outcomes.
- Relevant Portfolio: Proven track record with a relevant case study/portfolio.
- Proven Experience: A solid background in product marketing, management, design, or UX. Direct experience in CRO is highly advantageous.
- Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in utilizing data to inform decisions and drive conversion improvements.
- Expertise in CRO Tools: Proficiency in CRO tools such as FullStory, HotJar, or similar platforms is a must.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Experience in customer interviews and a strong ability to draw actionable insights from user feedback.
- Excellent Communicator: Must be client-facing with exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport and engaging effectively with customers and internal teams alike.
- Adaptable and Proactive: Agile and proactive in testing new strategies, with the resilience to iterate based on results and feedback.
