Minimum requirements:
Matric qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary dealing with transfers (preferably SANRAL)
Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
Computer Literate (MS Office suite)
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Meticulous and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise duties and handle pressure while keeping calm
Someone who is organised and able to multi-task
Good typing speed, someone who is capable of handling a large volume of transfers
In depth knowledge of the full spectrum of conveyancing transactions, including final accounts is essential
