Requirements:
- Matric;
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Transfers;
- Ability to work independently from start, registration and finances;
- pays attention to detail;
- is willing to learn and grow within the position;
- willing to take on additional responsibilities;
- excellent English
The following are recommended:
Experience using Ghost Convey software;
- Certificates for recognised Conveyancing Courses;
- Experience in Estates Transfers;
Job Description:
To start as soon as possible;
- Handle all Transfers independently from start, registration and finances;
- Act as Conveyancing correspondent;
- Permanent position after 3-month probation;
- Based in Melrose Arch
