Well established Law firm in Nelspuit requires the services of a Conveyancing secretary and Receptionist as soon as possible.
• Matric
• 3 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
• Full Conveyancing functions - Bonds / Transfers / Cancellations
• Experience in all 4 major banks (ABSA, Nedbank, FNB & Standard Bank)
• Administration - Opening and closing files
• Liaising with Banks / Deeds Office / SARS / Municipalities / Clients / Attorneys
• Excellent typing skills
• Have a stable track record
• Pays attention to detail
• Willing to learn and grow within the position
Computer Literacy:
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ghost convey
• GhostPractice
• e4law
• WebConvey
Salary: Will be based on experience, No benefits offered
