Conveyancing secretary required

Established and dynamic Durban firm of attorneys and conveyancers seeks a conveyancing secretary/legal secretary to commence immediately.

Job requirements:

  • Have worked as a conveyancing secretary for at least one (1) year;
  • Be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Be fully computer literate and have experience on GhostConvey and similar platforms;
  • Be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Be pro-active and an out- of the box thinker;
  • Thrive in a busy working environment and working in a team;
  • Be able to work with little or no supervision;
  • Have a pleasant and courteous disposition.
