Our client's growing company is creating a new position for a Copywriter. The sought-after candidate will be responsible for developing, writing, and editing content across various platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to create content that resonates with our client's target audience and supports their brand objectives.

Location: Our client has an office in Glenvista, Johannesburg, and these positions are not remote. Our client's headquarters are based in Germany.

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Position.

Salary: Competitive salary ranging from R20, 000 - R30, 000

Target start date: We aim to fill this position as soon as possible. A candidate who can start immediately would be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and editorial calendars.
• Conduct research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Optimize content for the SEO (search engine optimization) and ensure it is structured to drive traffic and engagement.
• Work closely with designers and other team members to ensure content is visually appealing and effectively communicated.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and copywriting.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO (search engine optimization) principles and content optimization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with Amazon.
• Knowledge of listing creation.

Kwalifikasies/Ervaring:
