Job Summary
Our Core team is dedicated to accommodating guest requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
Key Activities
- The Core Agent is responsible for providing general information about the hotel and assisting callers.
- Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation.
- Run appropriate reports checking to ensure each guests reservation is set up correctly.
- Process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments and travel agents
- Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
- Maintain general knowledge of hotel and promotions to answer any guest inquiries
- Assist guests looking to make restaurant and spa reservations
