Job Introduction
G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for a Corporate Account Manager based at our operations in Centurion, reporting to the Commercial Director.
The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which a Corporate Account Manager plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.
The position requires at least 5 years experience within a sales environment. Relevant industry related experience would be advantageous.
Role Responsibility
Manage Key Accounts Portfolio
- Ensure that all contracts and service level agreements (SLA) are valid, signed and updated per customer
- Ensure that service level agreements are recorded correctly and communicated to all parties concerned
- Request and attend customer meetings based on the agreed upon frequencies in order to measure and discuss compliance to the SLA
- Assist if required in the billing of customers by sales administration department
- Conduct annual renewal of contract and price increase negotiations prior to the annual contract maturity date
- Ensure that each of the customers have an up to date account plan detailing all action plans and strategies
- Ensure that the customers are made aware of the full-service offerings provided by G4S
- Draft and implement a sales strategy focusing on existing growth and new client base to achieve the monthly sales targets
- Capture this strategy into Salesforce by completing the relevant account plans and pipelines
- Prepare and present company and product presentations to existing and potential customers
- Prepare all documentation for requests of proposals, quotes and tenders submissions
- Ensure that all contracts and service level agreements (SLA) are complete and signed off by all parties and communicated to all parties concerned
- Update all accounts, contracts and opportunities within Salesforce by updating status and uploading all required documentation
- Supply sales admin all the required input documentation needed to capture into SAP and manage processes and billing between customers and sales admin department
- Conduct renewal of contract negotiations on each account prior to the contract renewal date.
- Review the service levels compliance to SLA by managing the service failures /delivery through discussions with operations and the customer
- Act timeously in response to issues that threaten off-business by informing branch and regional management of the threat
- Ensure that service level agreements are recorded correctly and communicated to all parties concerned
- Ensure that the billing of services is correct billing in accordance with the services provided
- Assist with recons, billing and payment issues
- Ensure that there is accurate and current maintenance of customer information and documentation both on file and in Salesforce.
- Prepare and complete the required weekly and monthly reports and submit them to the Commercial Director within the time frames laid down.
- Capture and update Salesforce each week with all the required information needed to maintain an accurate and live pipeline in accordance with group pipeline targets.
- Ensure that all commission claims are prepared in line with the commission policy and that they match the corresponding invoiced sales.
- Ensure that a continuous comprehensive knowledge of all G4S products and client processes is maintained via ensuring all correspondence and training offered is utilized and applied.
- Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year
- Participate in safety forums created by the company for example safety meetings and safety talks
- Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
- Discuss all safety incidents
- Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management
- Attend safety education and refresher programs
- Comply with safety policies and procedures at the workplace
- Distribute safety information as and when required
Minimum Requirements
Qualification And Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 completed
- Sales/Marketing Diploma or 4 years sales experience
- Preferably FICA accredited
- Solid Office Administration experience
- Strong understanding of contract profitability/driving healthy margin.
