Role description
We are looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager. The role is to successfully achieve the monthly enrolment targets as set out by the business.
This is done by primarily managing accounts in the enterprise accounts market. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
You should be an excellent communicator whos able to grasp client needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. If you also have a background in Corporate client services and knowledge of our industry, wed like to meet you.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our clients.
- Build relationships with key employees within our clients.
- Create plans to address clients business needs.
- Consultations with employees regarding career development.
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied.
- Updating clients on scheduled Intake dates.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Ensure all contract terms are met.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain clients.
- Meet sales and revenue targets and work diligently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, Learner success coordinators, senior management) to address client needs.
- Regular reporting for student progress.
- Proficient in MS Office and Teams
- A customer-oriented attitude (part of assessment)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- 3+ years in sales and customer service
- Account management experience
- Networking and relationship building skills
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - (Advantageous)
- Required to be in office 3-4 days a week
- Traveling when required
- Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00 SAT (Shift work may be required)
- Location: Cape Town
- During the probation period of 3 months the individual will be required to focus all Administrative duties before managing own Key Account Clients.
