The Corporate Services Co-Ordinator ensures that all soft facilities are effectively maintained. Build exceptional working relationships with stakeholders e.g. catering services, office cleaning, hygiene services, pest control, reception services, trave coordination etc.

Your role
- Coordinate all activities concerning corporate services soft facilities (canteen management, catering services, office cleaning, hygiene services, pest control, reception services, travel coordination, etc.)
- Manage, support and advise the business on all aspects of corporate travel service, including the management of SGDs travel system
- Ensure the fleet management service for both company owned vehicles and leased vehicles are effectively carried out and maintained
- Analyse tracker reports and monitor and manage fleet fuel reports for monthly reporting purposes
- Ensure the provision of monthly reports for all areas of responsibility, and support the Facilities Manager with information required for other reports required within Facilities Management
- Supervise, coordinate and monitor all processes involved in company cell phone services, contracted to third party service providers
- Ensure the tracking and maintenance of property leases and insurance contracts thereof
- Ensure that reception activities are carried out according to standard, policy and procedures required and that the smooth running of these services are maintained
- Attend to complaints within all areas of responsibility expeditiously and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide input, suggestions, guidance and contributions to the Head of Facility Management on tender processes, budgets, procurement processes and service level agreements with service providers
- Ensure that all areas of responsibility comply with the Health and Safety regulations and requirements
- Carry out all personnel management tasks such as performance management processes, monitoring absenteeism and the conduct of subordinates.
- Minimum five (5) years within a Facilities management space
- Supervisory experience preferable ability to supervise external contractors (Third parties)
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
