Main Purpose of Job
The Manager of the CSR Non-Profit Organization is responsible for leading, managing, and advancing the nonprofit's mission in alignment with the founding company's social responsibility goals. This individual will oversee all aspects of the non-profit's operations, including program development, fundraising, marketing, financial management, and community relations. The role demands a commitment to ethical leadership, transparency, and community engagement, aiming to create sustainable, positive impacts in the communities served.

1 Strategic Planning And Leadership
Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with both the non-profit's mission and the
parent company's CSR objectives.
Lead the organization towards achieving its short-term and long-term goals while ensuring
financial health and operational efficiency.
Represent the organization in all professional business capacities, enhancing its public image and
expanding community awareness and support.
2 Program Development And Management
Design, implement, and evaluate programs that fulfill the organization's mission and respond to
community needs.
Ensure programs are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the broader CSR strategy of the
parent company.
Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously assess and address community needs and program
impact.
3 Fundraising And Financial Management
Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to secure grants, donations, and other sources of
funding.
Oversee financial management, including budget planning, resource allocation, and financial
reporting, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Cultivate strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to support the organization's
financial health and programmatic goals.
4 Marketing And Communication
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to enhance
visibility, support fundraising, and engage the community.
Utilize various platforms, including social media, to promote the organizations activities,
achievements, and needs.
Ensure consistent and effective branding and messaging across all channels and materials.
5 Community Engagement And Partnership Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and the parent
company to enhance the non-profit's reach and impact.
Engage in advocacy and public speaking to raise awareness and support for the organization's
causes.
Partner with other organizations and stakeholders to maximize resource sharing and program
effectiveness.
6 Compliance And Governance
Ensure the organization adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards applicable to
non-profits and CSR initiatives.
Work closely with the board of directors to ensure governance practices are transparent,
ethical, and aligned with the mission.
Maintain accurate records and reporting to support decision-making and demonstrate
accountability to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Experience.
Proven experience in non-profit management, CSR, or related field.(May be an advantage)
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, fundraising, and financial management abilities.
Deep understanding of community needs and non-profit sector challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
