The Assistant Accountant: Aftermarket will be responsible for the preparation of Aftermarket management accounts and other financial reporting requirement from an Aftermarket perspective.
Duties and Responsibilities (as a minimum but not limited to):
- Preparation of complete monthly Aftermarket management accounts
- Preparation of monthly Aftermarket sales forecasts
- Preparation of monthly Aftermarket sales summaries
- Preparation of monthly Aftermarket stockholding days
- Preparation monthly stock availability
- Preparation of annual Aftermarket budget
- Preparation of quarterly regional gross profit calculations
- Preparation of weekly replenishment reports for Aftermarket stockholding
- Preparation and revising of minimum and maximum stockholding levels for Aftermarket purposes
- Preparation of monthly quotation system analytics
- Preparation of equipment efficiency reports
- Review of Aftermarket supplier invoices for payment
- Aftermarket operational reports:
- Outstanding orders from suppliers
- Lead time reports based on supplier deliveries
- Good communication skills
