Redheads Engineering is supporting their client in finding a Country Change Lead to join their team.
As Change Lead, you'll organize and oversee change, communication, and training within your country/cluster, ensuring alignment with HRTP strategy and coordinating with other local program activities.
The role's mission is to ensure organizational readiness through key aspects of change management, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, change tracking, and planning communication and training.
Your Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement: Identify, engage, and gather feedback from local stakeholders to support the program and address concerns.
- Change Leadership: Collaborate closely with local leaders to ensure a thorough understanding of HR Transformation Program changes and their impact.
- Change Impact Assessment: Analyze specific local impacts of the HR Transformation program to tailor the change approach.
- User Experience Validation: Verify system language for clarity and understanding among diverse stakeholders.
- Communication Organization: Customize program communication for local needs and channels.
- Localize Change Plans and Materials: Tailor change plans and materials to address local needs, including translation when necessary.
- Coordinate Training Activities: Arrange and oversee local training initiatives for various program activities.
- Risk and Concern Management: Collect and address feedback, concerns, and risks from local stakeholders.
- Networking: Build professional networks to better understand stakeholder needs across the organization.
- 5-8 years HR or Change Management experience.
- Proficient in managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong change management capabilities with expertise in organizational change processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse audiences and build trustful relationships.
- Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Professional proficiency in English.
