The Main Missions Of The Role Are To
- Setting up of and participating in interviews for country recruitment
- Preparing letters of appointment
- Support in managing of onboarding of new employees
- Support in managing of Exit Interview process
- Reporting - consolidation of Country reports and preparation of adhoc reports
- Supporting in leave Management
- Updating of country organograms
- Support in the Preparation and Tracking of Objective setting and Performance Review Process
- Support in preparation of the People Review Process
- Assist in the preparation of all country HR training programmes and workshops
- Planning of HR Events
- Distribution of Corporate Clothing to Country teams
- Participation in relevant Committees
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Formal qualification in HR, or related studies
- Results orientated
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint)
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
