- Total Maintenance of all Manufacturing equipment, transformers, substations, and other elements of the plant electrical network.
- Fault finding of PLC controlled circuits and the modifications thereof.
- Conversant with single line diagrams and normal electrical circuit diagrams.
- Immediate response to all equipment breakdowns as directed by his Supervisor/ Team Leaders.
- Ensure Production uptime within departmental objectives.
- Ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Ensure to escalate all issues in your shift.
- Assist team members with problem solving.
- Required to work a 3-shift pattern, with essential overtime when requested.
- Repairs of problematic equipment in his related field.
- Maintaining HV substations, UPS and Generator equipment, improving the content of the job plans
- Operate HV, MV, LV Switch gear
- Pull wires, wire panels as part of the project activities
- Safety: Complete process verification check-sheet & address in agreed time the issues, near misses as per requirement
- Quality: ensure stability of the power supply, 0 unaddressed issues with plant electrical network
- Delivery: Support production and eliminate any downtime Ensure incident reports are ready before end of the shift, follow plant issue escalation & business continuity plan

- N4 plus Trade Test Certificate Electrician
- Minimum of three to five years High Voltage experience & substation maintenance experience.
- AC/DC Drives working knowledge advantageous
- Operating Regulations for High Voltage Systems (ORHVS)
- Wiremens license
- FLT, MEWP driving licenses will be an advantage
- Maintenance experience of compressor, effluent plant, RO plant, chiller & HVAC units equipment will be an advantage
