Key Performance Areas
- Stable production- ensure minimal downtime to plant.
- Maintain and improve Safety, Health, and Environment Standards
- Legal compliance checks and improvements
- Tool and Die repairs.
- Toyota Production System Adherence
- Preventative Maintenance (Welding Jig & fixture TPMs)
- Control Time and attendance.
- Identify and implement Jig improvements (Kaizen)
- Must be prepared to work shifts, overtime, and standby duties as and when is required.
- Participate in project development, Kaizen, and cost reduction activities.
- Support with in-house machine maintenance.
- N3+ Trade test Tool, jig & Die Maker.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Press Tooling will be an added advantage.
- Must be Computer literate.
- Able to read Engineering / CAD drawings proficiently.
- Must have a working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Conventional Milling and Turning & Fabrication experience.
- CNC machining will be an added advantage.
- Jigs & Fixtures maintenance knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of Jig Accuracy Principals.
