Do you want to work for a full-service marketing agency? You will be required to develop the strategic plan, as well as the proposed schedule of marketing initiatives and expected impact of marketing, social media, communications and public relations programs.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs
- Develop creative programmes and design concepts that meet the business objectives of our clients and that advance their brand strategy
- Establish creative direction for projects and campaigns
- Supervise and inspire the creative team; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project
- Work with the graphic designers, account team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present to management
- Manage team members
- Provide quality control over concepts and projects
- Design campaigns and projects
- Lead the development of marketing and communications strategy and contribute to the overall marketing, public relations, social media and communications strategy
- Lead planning and review process for marketing, social, PR, and communications programs.
Job requirements:

- Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills, samples will be requested.
- Strong experience managing a fixed budget.
- Senior-level influencing skills.
- Proven social media marketing skills.
- Experience developing strategic marketing and communications plans and programs.
- At least 3 years agency and management experience working with advertising, direct marketing, websites & e-marketing
- BA/BS degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required; graduate degree preferred
- Must have some form of tertiary qualification with sharp technical skills related to graphic design, social media, coding, and other essential skills
- Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers
- A strong working knowledge of brand development, interactive commerce, and creative process is required for this job
- Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
