- Creating content strategies that involve original productions as well as user-generated content to diversify the creative assets
- Ensuring timely production of high-quality creative assets by managing and coordinating graphic designers, video editors, and content creators
- Evaluating the effectiveness of different ad concepts and identifying opportunities for optimization by regularly reviewing and analyzing performance reports with media buyers
- Streamlining the development, testing, and iteration of creatives by implementing creative processes and optimizing the workflows
- Developing and maintaining a robust creative system that includes ideation frameworks, documentation, and standardized procedures
- Fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team by providing guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members
- You have previous experience working with direct-to-consumer brands in an agency or in-house, with a focus on developing effective creative strategies for driving conversion
- You have experience in managing end-to-end creative design workflows, from idea generation, coordinating with other creatives, and analyzing the performance of them
- You have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how to incorporate this data into your strategies
- You have experience working with static designs as well as motion design & video for paid social and organic channels
- You have the drive to learn all the time and solve any problem thats thrown at you
- You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality
- You are organized and are able to manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
- You are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative
