Credit Controller

Our client is a leading Lighting import and distribution company looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their incredible Accounts team soonest.

Main Duties

• Full credit control function.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Systematic and prompt follow-up of outstanding debt.
• Reconciliation of accounts (will be tested).
• Handling Cash flow on Excel.
• Attending to customer queries.
• Opening new accounts and managing customer Master Data on existing accounts.
• Allocation and processing of journals.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have experience in this role or a similar role for more than 3 years/experience is vital
• Pastel or any accounting software will count in your favour
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has excellent numerical skills.
• Must have experience with Word and Excel / Advanced Excel Skills will count in your favour
• Added advantage if also fully conversant with Credit Guarantee Insurance.
• Clear Credit and Criminal Record
