A Credit Controller is responsible for the collection of debt and the management of customer accounts and relationships. TheCredit Controller has to ensure that all customer relationships are managed professionally. With the AFH Sales Teams, the CallCentre and the Logistics Departments, the Credit Controller will provide and manage a total service to the customer to ensurethat the business objectives are achieved. The Credit Controller has the responsibility to alert the National Debtors Manager toany adverse trends on accounts as soon as they become evident.

Educational Qualification:
- Grade 12 or relevant qualification with accounting as subject.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in reconciling customer accounts using the open item method of managing debtor accounts.
- Minimum 5 years credit control experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to the Sales Orders and the Logistics Departments with FMCG customers.
- Excel and Word basic

- A good understanding of the financial impact of transactions on the business and its customers;
- Understanding the method of payment when the customer uses a remittance advice starting with the creditor's statement balance;
- the ability to process large volumes of transactions accurately within the set time limits;
- the ability to handle 450 to 550 active debtor accounts according to the prescribed requirements
