Qualifications
- Matric or relevant credit management qualification
- Accounting degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- FMCG exposure in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
- Managing of all the Claims, queries and payments on accounts
- Reconciling and balancing of Rebates
- Managing of all blocked orders
- Opening and Maintaining accounts
- Reviewing credit limits.
- Attending to all written and telephonic queries
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting including age analysis, reconciliations, processing and performance measures
- Weekly and monthly balancing of accounts
- Processing payments
- Compiling electronic statements
- Debtor related administrative functions
- Adhere and maintain the 20 keys model in the department
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be prepared to work overtime when necessary
- Computer literacy with advanced MS Excel
- Fluent in English and an additional official language
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to meet pressurized deadlines and maintain
- Strict attention to detail
