We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Operations Supervisor for our Collections department. We are looking for someone to lead, guide, develop, support and manage a team of Collectors, while ensuring that key performance requirements are achieved and delivered in line with operational requirements, processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Staff scheduling
Staff training
Staff performance monitoring
Managing poor performance
Recruitment
Managing the daily work flow processes
Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Call monitoring
Rotating night shift

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric
Previous supervisory experience (minimum of 3 years)
Essential to have experience and knowledge of Vision Plus, as well as experience in a Call Centre/Credit environment. Collections experience would be required.

PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
