We require the services of a passionate and qualified creditor clerk to expand its dynamic team for enhancement of services to the clients.

Job responsibilities:
- To assist the financial team with processing of transactions, resolving queries and ensuring processes are in line with the working procedures and policies of the company.
- Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Assist with preparation of finance information for audit
- Capturing of supplier invoices and goods receive vouchers
- General office duties and Added Adhoc functions from time to time and to assist the executive secretary.
Job requirements:
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Preferable experience with Pastel
- Extensive knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Professional work etiquette
- Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Valid Driver’s license
- Analytical thinking
