We have a vacancy for a multifaceted CRM Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for:
- Responsible for client take on processes that are compliance specific and relevant to the take on process
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and the compliance aspects surrounding CRM
- Create a series of reports which are regularly updated with key performance information and shared with Risk and
- Take accountability of any compliance aspects during the clients onboarding and or active engagement/s within the firm
- Ensuring compliance procedures are followed and during the onboarding and the termination of the client engagement
- Ensure the integrity of data in the system is regularly reviewed and action taken to ensure consistency and reduce duplication
- Administering the re-acceptance process of clients
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documents accepted
- Join a dynamic and fast-growing team servicing BDO Network offices and their clients.
Completed 3 or 4-year BCom Or BAdmin degree
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
Proven success in leading CRM training and adoption processes.
