Position: Regional Retention Manager I CRM Leader - Inland
Location: Pretoria
Regions: Pretoria, Rustenburg, Nelspruit, and Polokwane
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM Executives in all 4 regions (Pretoria, Rustenburg, Nelspruit, and Polokwane), you will also be required to travel to these regions on a regular basis.
- Support new business growth in all 4 regions.
- Support & drive retention and growth commercial strategy that supports the goals of Aramex.
- Develop and nurture a strong commercial team capable of delivering the expected results!
- Achieve set revenue and growth targets by developing full supply-chain solutions throughout existing customer base.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, operations, finance, vertical managers and exco team support approach.
- Support and coach critical retention and growth activities within the team.
- Seek business opportunities to grow market share.
- Monitor competitors activity.
- Perform customer visits with the commercial team members.
- Assist in customer supply-chain mapping workshops, whiteboard sessions, value proposition development and solution presentations.
- Assist team in managing accounts under threat, take accountability of lost accounts.
- Drive aramex PGI strategy (protect, grow & innovate).
- Drive aramex SAP strategy (strategic account planning).
- Day to day management of the commercial retention team (performance management, learning and development for both group and individual learning paths).
- Monitor and report on overall retention and growth activities, including revenue performance, visitations, and prospecting.
- Aggressively manage CRM pipelines.
- Aggressively pursue referrals from customer base for growth opportunities.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Bachelors Degree or similar qualification and/or experience
- 5 years Corporate Sales experience
- 3 years Management experience
- Need to have worked for reputable corporates
- Proven track record of having made target and successfully lead a sales team
- Industry experience with understanding of full Supply Chain is a necessity
- Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
- Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport
