We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Manager to join our team. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for strategising, building, managing, and optimising various campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, sms, native push, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and implement acquisition and retention strategies to drive various metrics as determined by you, the team and the business.
- Collaborate with the brand experience team to align CRM initiatives and to integrate CRM strategies into overall marketing initiatives.
- Delivery of CRM marketing strategy with a focus on improving customer associated metrics and driving the correct behaviour.
- Develop and execute on a CRM marketing strategy, emphasising the creation and implementation of an email/ push notification marketing calendar and campaigns.
- Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns to generate leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
- Devise and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
- Analyse customer data to segment and target specific audiences for personalised marketing campaigns..
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of CRM campaigns using relevant metrics.
- Implement increasing levels of 1 on 1 personalisation, not only across the various communication channels but across the base customer touch points such as the Web and native apps.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work with the Data and relevant engineering teams in order to ensure data integrity as well as importing or tracking new data sets and events to empower campaign improvements.
This job is for you is you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in CRM management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
- Basic coding knowledge (SQL, CSS, HTML, Jinja or similar)
- Experience in any report building from raw data.
- Knowledge of advanced martech platform(s).
