As a Healthcare Customer Advisor, you will handle majorly inbound. Ensure a positive customer experience and maintains an in-depth knowledge of customer needs.
Essential Functions
- Addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries
- Assist customer with complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating healthcare members
- Strong attention to detail and complex problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, empathy and motivational skills
- Must have a National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate)
- Must have a Clear Credit record, none negotiable
- Must have a Clear Criminal record, none negotiable
- Must be willing to work night shift, none negotiable
- Must have 1 year unbroken call centre experience from UK or USA Market
- 1 year Healthcare Industry experience - advantage
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts used in US health insurance
- Clear written and verbal communication with CEF Level B2

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 14h00 - 02h00
