Customer Operations Intern

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Operations Intern with a background to join our team. In this role, you will support our operations, assisting with daily tasks and projects to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, updating records, processing orders, and assisting with logistics coordination and data analysis. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in customer operations providing an opportunity to develop essential skills in a dynamic environment.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
  • Assist with handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Update and maintain customer records and databases
  • Process orders and coordinate shipments
  • Support logistics coordination and ensure timely delivery
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks
  • Collaborate with team members on various operational and logistics projects
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completed NDip/Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
