Bitrix24 is an all-in-one platform that provides a suite of business tools and solutions including CRM.
You will be required to interpret a project scope and assist in the setup of a customer required solution. Interpretation of customer requirements and requests will be key in this position. You have to apply your mind when a solution is requested and not only execute a list of tasks.
You will interact with customer's to clarify their requirements and provide feedback on the progress of the setup.
The position is hybrid but you will be required to work at the office for the first month and thereafter 3 out of 5 days of the week. Office is based in Linden Randburg.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and supporting custom solutions for clients on Bitrix24
- Consulting with customers regarding solutions required and Bitrix24 related queries
- Support general setup that has been done by FullView
- Assist the technical team in development of modules
- Develop user manuals according to implementation of processes
- Build entities, forms, workflows, dashboards and reports on Bitrix24
- Matric
