Role Responsibilities:
- Mission of the candidate: Provide outstanding customer service to Decathlon customers:
- Drive omni-channel sales
- First Point of Contact: Attend to customer queries via various modems of communications (i.e., Zendesk, email, phone & Web)
- Offer sporting advice to users
- Troubleshoot customer grievances by liaising with different business units
- Build a network of contacts within your business.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills
2. Basic telemarketing skills
3. In-depth Decathlon product knowledge
4. Basic skills in Google Suite
5. Applicant must be prepared to work 45 hours p/w
Experience:
2 years working experience
Proficiency in Zendesk and Five9 is advantageous
Reporting: Directly to the CRM Manager.
Location: Gauteng [HQ is at Bryanston].
Offer: Salary: Market related salary package in line with experience
