Role Purpose The CRM team's vision is to operate a world class centre of excellence that delivers engaging, personalised client experiences across multichannel touchpoints during the client lifecycle.
To support this, we are looking to appoint a CRM Lead to join a newly created CRM team to support DailyFX, a leading global financial and markets that delivers best in class content to audiences in English, Japanese and Chinese languages. The role will work closely with our content teams to ensure that we deploy best in class CRM, build journeys that drive lead generation, retention and conversion and keep a keen eye on CRM performance to drive continuous optimisation of our campaigns.
The role will report into the Head of CRM
What You Will Do
- Work with the marketing and CRM teams to create new, effective CRM journeys for DailyFX web and app users.
- Work with the CRM Executive to set up effective lead generation and conversion journeys for our DailyFX audiences across markets and in different languages.
- Track and monitor performance of the CRM journeys, utilising dashboards to optimise to conversion and customer experience.
- Ensure email and communications journeys are set up and continually optimised to deliver conversion.
- Deliver insightful weekly CRM reports weekly to the CRM and wider marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Content and production teams to ensure all formats of content is delivered via our CRM.
- Liaise with the Group Marketing CRM team to ensure best practises, and continuous optimisation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understand the regulatory landscape and ensure our communications are compliant and meet all requirements.
- Be a brand guardian and ensure that all communications are delivered according to IG's brand guidelines and brand experience principles.
- Support the IG group, local marketing teams and content teams where required.

Were looking for tenacious, curious, eager and open-minded people who are comfortable with falling fast to help us maintain our industry leadership; and have the following:
- Experience in developing customer journey recommendations for CRM activations, customer journey planning and mapping, particularly in lead generation and conversion
- An understanding of key CRM engagement metrics, and how to measure, test and optimise journeys and emails/SMS/push.
- A working understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM technology
- A passion for learning, and for sharing skills and capabilities to enable upskilling across relevant teams.
- Experience of the retail financial environment would be an advantage
- An understanding of GDPR and Data Privacy regulation.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Youll be based in our Johannesburg, South Africa office and youll be working closely with our Group Marketing, Content and CRM teams. We work a hybrid model, spending 2 days a week in the office together, and 3 days remotely.
