Job Title: 1Stream CRM System Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive CRM System Specialist to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and the CRM company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM workflows, and technical configurations, and a keen eye for optimizing business processes. As the CRM System Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in customizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our CRM system to ensure its seamless integration into our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow requirements and translate them into CRM system configurations.
- Act as the main liaison between our organization and the CRM company, effectively communicating our needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Configure, customize, and maintain the CRM system to align with our evolving business processes and objectives.
- Analyze and optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity within the CRM system.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system's functionality and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM software updates, new features, and industry best practices to ensure our system remains current and effective.
- Train and support internal users on CRM system functionalities, including creating user guides and conducting training sessions.
- Collaborate with data analysts to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis within the CRM system.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, including regular audits and cleanups.
- Participate in regular meetings with the CRM company to discuss system enhancements, updates, and technical support.
- Keep detailed records of system configurations, changes, and issues for reference and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with CRM systems, particularly in configuration, customization, and workflow management.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in project management, system implementation, or technical support is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Knowledge of data management best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
