In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including the creation of workflows, automation, and flows. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing the back end of our CRM system.
Experience In The Home Services Niche Is Preferred.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and execute effective automation to engage and nurture our customer base.
- Set up and manage products within the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and manage customized tags to categorize and segment contacts for targeted marketing and communication strategies.
- Work towards enhancing our customer relationship management by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Ensure seamless operation of CRM accounts and integrations.
- Analyze CRM data to derive actionable insights for decision-making and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Address and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance and the impact of email campaigns.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with GHL, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the platform's functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating and managing email campaigns, automation, workflows, and tag creation within a CRM environment.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest GHL developments and best practices to optimize CRM performance.
- A commitment to enhancing the customer experience through CRM strategies and personalization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple aspects of CRM management efficiently.
