Customer Service Job Description
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing information about products and services, guiding customers through the purchase process.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Monitoring customer accounts, handling billing inquiries, and processing payments.
- Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of relevant industry and products/services.
- Experience with handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Experience in resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional service.
Customer Service
Requirements
Must be South African citizen
Must have Grade 12
Must be Credit & Crim clear (Debt must not be more than R5000)
Must be able to type 25wpm with 90% accuracy to pass assessment
Must have Customer Service background
International (US/UK) Background would be a plus
Have neutral accent
