Online Tour Operator & Booking Agent is currently recruiting a Customer Service & Admin Assistant.
Main responsibilities will include assisting Sales Managers, loading of supplier rates & fulfilling Customer Service tasks.
- Administer and maintain supplier rates in Tourplan
- Load and update products and services onto CRM System
- Check supplier invoices and supply accounts department with accurate documentation and reports
- Monitor and action all feedback solicited via Customer Review programs
- Client Complaints (telephonically and via e-mail)
- Ensure response times are adhered to
- Research and compilation of information for Specials and Newsletters
- Daily monitoring & reporting on sales staff performance
- Daily monitoring & reporting on sales figures
- Ad Hoc duties as required by Sales Managers
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous database administration experience essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Tourplan & Tourism background an advantage
- Organized and able to multi task
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High level of integrity, accountability and emotional intelligence
- Energetic, motivated and willing to take on challenges
